A couple of weeks ago we met Angie from The Haus Of Health - the first instalment of the Simply Real Good Food(ies) series.  Gab is the other key player in this foodie duo and has decided to add  Dont Worry Be Happy by Bob Markley to the Spotify Playlist (I am personally loving where this list is going!).

Gab is going to speak to your heart cause she is pimping your avo on toast, and she is the kind of woman who's favourite day starts with puppy cuddles.   Gab is on the same path as changing and upgrading breakfasts everywhere by super-dupering the humble avo on toast (not to take anything away from the beautiful simplicity of this combination!).

 The Wellness Collective: Simply Real Good Foodies Avo on Toast


  • 2 pieces of your choice of toast
  • Half or one avocado
  • Half Lemon
  • Pinch Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of sassy salad
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 6 cherry tomatoes


1. Put bread in toaster
2. Meanwhile scoop out avocado flesh and place in bowl
3. Add juice of lemon and salt and pepper
4. Mash mixture with fork
5. Remove toasted bread, place on plate and top with avo mixture, chop cherry toms in half and place them on top of avo
Evenly sprinkle hemp seeds and sassy salad food topper all over. Enjoy!
