The 3 subtle shifts I needed to accidentally commit to these 8 HABITS with wonderful results

I could be mistaken to think they are accidental in my life cause I have ben adamant that 'I don't do "all of these things" "all the time" for very long' and 'I am not into commitment or routine' ...but that isn't the truth.  I had set an intention of letting go of the ick I felt around routine. I wanted to shift, I wanted to add more gentle things, including discipline - I just didn't want another PLAN or CHECKLIST to get there.
