Making Breakfast Breezy: Crunchy Breakfast Sprinkles

So this is perfect to add on top of chia puddings, or even banana nice-cream.  Sometimes we have so much blended, soupy and gloopy stuff that we need to remember that the crunch is so important.  We humans crave all the textures so this is a great one to have on hand so you can sprinkle away.

The sweet version of the nut-free dukkah or wakame gomasio that I love to have on hand to boost nutrition of everything from a pot of brown rice, to avo on toast.

Crunchy Breakfast Sprinkles

  • 1/4 cup goji berries (or dried fruit you have on hand - white mulberries are amazing)
  • 1/4 cacao nibs
  • 1/4 pepitas
  • 1/4 shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Then just combine, shake you and you are good to go!  Great as a trail mix - and as I said, does great for the crunch factor for the Vanilla + Coconut Chia Pudding.
