Angie from The Haus Of Health: JoJo's Brekkie Bowl
Angie is one half of the awesome duo (well, trio including their mumma bear) that is The Haus Of Health and I am stoked that she is first cab off the rank for this beautiful sharing of the food-love series 'Simply Real Good Food(ies)' - I have added her fave song “Bury It” by Chvrches ft Hayley Williams to our Spotify Play List but before you go listening lets find out a little more about her and get to the food part!
The Haus Of Health create organic food toppers that are vegan, gluten free and so so so real - there are no nasties in these little packets of joy!
You should absolutely check them out so you can up the ante of your kitchen creations - their ideals that food should not be expensive, exclusive or cumbersome certainly fits with my views on what I love food to be #matchmadeinheaven
Simple real good food means whole food that isn’t laden with unnecessary ingredients and chemicals. Who wants to eat a science experiment?! - Ange, THOH
This woman is the kind of woman that draws on life experience, particularly summiting Mount Kilimanjaro to guide her through any challenges that inevitably arise in life - a reminder that you are stronger than you think, and that there is often a little more fuel left in the tank - but when back at sea level she is loving reformer pilates, weekly sleep ins and unfurling days off.
Since including reformer classes in my weekly workout routine, I have found my anxiety and stress levels have decreased significantly. The classes are always varied depending on the instructor and are always challenging which leaves me with very little time to think about anything else other than feeling that booty burn! - Ange, THOH
When her uninterrupted sleep ins aren't followed by wandering, and hearty nourishing brunches around Melbourne where Ange is faced with massive decisions around deciding between menu options she has a go-to recipe that hits the spot, and it is ready in a jiffy.
My beautiful friend Josie always dreams up the most decadent and beautiful smoothie bowls. Her recipe is always a winner and super simple and nutritious - particularly in the warmer months!
