The awakening! 

As the sun greets us sooner each day, we have more time to ponder the coming months.

What do I want? Where should I go? How will I make it happen?

With months of contemplation coming to an end, now is the time to seek inspiration.

Test the waters, drink it in with your eyes and set intentions.

Join us for a day of exploration and creativity, where we will feed your mind and your belly - creating the perfect environment to hone in on how you want to feel for the coming season!

The run of the day...

MORNING 

8:30am - 9:45am

Meet, Greet + Move!

As you arrive, take a little kombucha and fresh fruit and have a chat.  Then we will come together, get the housekeeping out the way and lean into a NIA session with Ann Boon.  It is the most beautiful way to get our of your head and into your body - and melts away an anxiety that we get about group activities!

MORNING TEA + HYDRATION PROVIDED AFTER THE SESSION

 

LUNCH-TIME

10:00am-12:00pm

Dive into Self with Carly Stephan

Join Carly for a Circle Session where whe will guide you to tap into your true essence, and find the distilled feeling that you want to take through this bountiful season.

12:30pm-2:00pm

Buddha Bowl Bar + Demonstrations (includes lunch)

How do we gently move from season to season using food?  This session will explore the little changes you can make now to put the spring back in your step after the cooler months!

 

 

AFTERNOON

2:15PM-3:15PM

Softly Softly Sound Bath Sessions

Marnie from Warriorness Within create a sound bath of magic that will deepen your relaxation and reset every cell! There are sure to be a few gentle snores (purrs) in this session.

3:30PM-4:30PM

Long, Slow, Deep Yoga Session

Ellie will guide you through a series of poses, help for longer periods than a lot of yoga sessions, to really ask you to be still, pay attention to your thoughts and feel into your body.

CLOSING CIRCLE + TEA + GRATITUDE

Why the ONE-DAY format works...

This one-day format allows you to attend with ease - organising a babysitter for one day is easier than 3, and most of us (even small business owners) aim to have Sundays free, so with a little advanced warning you can carve out a day for YOU!

Food provided on the day is plant-based and gluten free.  Any other dietary requirements should be made known to The Host on booking.
